Pamela Ellsworth, PHR, Certified Mediator has been in the Human Resources field for twelve years. Her career has taken her from corporate offices to state prisons, from small family owned companies and large non-profits to public sector government agencies, Most recently she’s held the role of HR Director for a healthcare staffing agency and co-authored a book aimed at helping job seekers prepre for job interviews. Now, as an independent consultant, she truly has the creative freedom to approach each company and each person as a unique entity and cater services to meet their needs.

With training and studies in human resoruces, mediation, psychology, sociology, motivational interviewing, behavior modification and counseling, hiring and retaining veterans, and more, she is well equipped to help you succeed.

She is passionate about helping others whether it’s helping a company get on the road to success or helping an indivual gain the confidence they need to take the next step in their career.

In her downtime, Pamela is involved in community assistance projects outside of work and sits on boards of directors for charity foundations and ministy outreach programs.
