• HR Business Partner (part-time):

  Seeking an experienced HR professional to join our internal team at Eagle Mountain HR! You’ll be working on a variety of projects in many areas of HR, including but not limited to employee relations, grievance investigations, compliance, leadership development, leaves of absence, organizational design and change management, and recruiting and hiring. You will enjoy partnering with businesses to provide both high-level advisory and consult and more technical day-to-day support, depending on client needs. This is a part-time, as-needed W2 role with flexible, fluctuating hours based on workload and client needs. With that in mind, you’ll need to be available during traditional business hours, so this role is best suited for those seeking only part time work, or already have another part time or contract role (not best suited for those will full time roles already). Pay starts at $35/hour and is DOE. Non-benefitted, bonus-eligbile, and open to Idaho, USA residents only at this time. We work with clients nationwide, and this role is primarily remote with occasional on-site meetings locally for team and client meetings.
