Eagle Mountain HR, LLC is an HR firm dedicated to helping businesses and individuals succeed. Our Principal Consultant, Pamela Ellsworth, PHR, Certified Mediator, has been in the Human Resources field for several years. Her career has taken her from corporate offices to state prisons, small family owned companies and large non-profits to public sector government agencies. Most recently she held the role of HR Director for a healthcare staffing agency and co-authored a book aimed at helping job seekers prepare for job interviews. Now, with Eagle Mountain HR, she truly has the creative freedom to approach each company and each person as a unique entity and cater services to meet their needs.
Pamela has worked with anywhere from CEOs to incarcerated inmates, office staff to field staff, and everyone in between. With training and studies in human resources, mediation, psychology, sociology, motivational interviewing, behavior modification and counseling, cultural competency, gender responsiveness, hiring and retaining veterans, and more, she is well equipped to help you succeed. She holds a PHR (a professional HR certification), a Mediation certification, is a member of several professional HR groups, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Southern Idaho Compensation & Benefits Association as well as the Board of Directors of a non-profit charity organization that helps community members in need.
